We were recently approached by Brown Brothers Family Winemakers to create a box for their range of Prosecco wines.
Our challenge involved designing a package that could hold the weight of six 200ml wine bottles, whilst ensuring the bottles did not rattle or break against each other. After some trials, we created an insert that
when placed inside the box, would separate the bottles and ensured safe arrival to their destination.

Part of the brief was to make allowances for transportation of each box, without the bottles being marked
or smashed. To overcome this challenge we have incorporated a tear-off panel. This ensures the bottle are protected within the box when in transit, but once Brown Brothers clients receive their box, they simply
tear off the panel to reveal Brown Brothers range of Prosecco wines.

Once Highway Press had found the perfect solution and Brown Brothers were happy with the end result, we then printed them on our offset press. As an extra touch a Spot UV varnish was added to the Brown Brothers Logo and to the title wording on the front of the box. This gave it the final professional look that we are sure Brown Brothers are happy with. We are very proud of the outcome and thrived on coming up with the solution to suit our client.
